replacing o2 sensor in a 1997 honda civic? (p0141) O2 Sensor Heater Circuit

Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2)? i need help! So there 2 o2 sensors and i dont know which one to change? is it the one on the cat or the one on the manifold?
