I have a hole in the top of my muffler and a hole in my resonator as well (rusted out). I can't find a cat-back system, so I'm forced to buy everything a la carte. I have worked on my car a lot under the hood but have never worked on the exhaust system. My question is what the difference between a flange and a clamp is? Don't they serve the same purpose?
