i am online at the phone claims website to get a replacement phone. i have the samsung rant right now and sprint no longer carries that phone. the website says the replacement phone is going to be the same phone i already have but if they dont carry it anymore is it going to be brand new or refurbished or what? i dont want a fixed up phone since i was having problems with it before i damaged it so if i call the insurance people will i be able to get a different one?
