I am looking for a replacement for my Nokia 6682 which did not survive a trip throught the washer and dryer (I am going to have to stop carrying my phone in my pants pockets.)
I liked the 6682 but think that there are probably better options available for my next phone.
I am on Cingular. My priorities are a phone first and PDA capabilities second. I sync my calandar from Outlook and have been using Papyrus for calendering. I rarely use the camera and have been usually disappointed with the results so this is not a priority for me. I rarely use the mobile Internet because I don't like to pay the extra cost for the service but if the phone had wi-fi I would probably use it alot. I do some texting and some e-mail.
I have been looking at the E61 and it seems to meet my needs of being an above average phone with built-in PDA capabilities. I like the qwerty keyboard (I used to have a Treo), bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities and the cost is not bad - around $400 delivered. My biggest concern about the E61 is getting repair service if needed.
Suggestions?
