I'm looking for a replacement fork for my old road bike. the current steerer tube is a 1 inch threaded that is 275mm long. i can't find any threaded forks that have steerer tubes over 250mm. I could switch to threadless but the steerer tube would have to be more than 300mm long to account for the extra amount of space needed to mount a threadless stem. only problem is that i can't find 1 inch threadless forks with longer than a 300mm steerer tube. I've done the whole google and forums search but have turned up nothing. do you know where i could find a fork meeting my needs or a company that could make one?
