I'm not replaceing just a rack and pinion but all of the hoses also, except for the hydralic one. How many hoses are there? I think its two rubber hoses and 1 hydralic pipe, but I'm not certain. I went to Autozone today to purchase the hoses but they told me I needed to know how long I need the hoses to be cut. I don't know how long they should be. A family friend is replaceing the rach and pinion tomorrow and I want to have everything ready for him. Is it ok if I buy 4 feet and just let the family friend cut it to his needs? Also, do I need two hoses or just one? I just want to make sure.
