Just replaced both headlights on my 2003 Chevy Cavalier. Followed instructions from the owner's manual. My car requires the whole headlight assembly to be removed, which was no problem. But when I put the light assembly back in, the light did not sit properly. Furthermore, the lights do not align together. One light points higher than the other. How do I fix this?

The lights have adjustment screws both up and down and side to side. it possible to turn one of them while removing the lights but what you need to do is find a wall or garage door to park in front of about 10-15 away so you can align them With the screws

The lights should sit properly as they came out. The lights have adjustment screws both up and down and side to side. You may have accidentally turned one of them while removing them.
