replaced cv axel on 96 honda accord won't drive?

1996 honda accord lx automatic replaced axel passenger side drove 2-3 miles heard pop and grind now don't move jacked up wheel's turns on both sides pretty sure cv in all the way could the center axel broke into i'v installed cv before and never this happen yes the ring was on inter shaft
