Growth Vs Oil

1996 Acura Integra.
I replaced the front brake pads but not the rotors due to lack of time and rotor screws that needed to be drilled out. I know the right rotor is warped. Brakes were grabbing bad enough to smell and shimmy after pad slap. Few days later pad wore down enough to stop smell and grabbing. Now few days after that no brakes coming out of work. Master Cylinder still full. Now replaced Master Cylinder and yes I bench bled it before. When I did the pad slap I did nothing but open the top of M/C. Pedal holds stiff when engine off as normal. Both front caliper pistons pushed back like normal. I have pumped trying to find a leak even though the brake reservoir is still full and no luck. Do I have a caliper that is not coming back out after the pad job? What is going on?
