Replace iPhone 4 Antenna = iPhone 4 works with T-Mobile 3G?

Okay, so today i was thinking about how the iPhone 4 only works on AT&T because of the antenna frequency so i thought.... cant we just replace the antenna with another one that works with T-Mobile so it could work on 3G and the new T-Mobile 4G?

Someone please answer!
