Repetition Calls For Lounge Session !?

Too much heat calls for fresh air.What do you do to relax ?
As I don't watch commercial television or give much credit to media and DVDs at best are once every 3 months.

I play guitar (22 years) and listen mainly to jazz / blues predominately to relax.Just for the record on account of genre, I don't roll fat doobies as an attachment to the scene..lol

What is your outlet ?

In most of my life it's walking in the woods, a good read, or a game of squash.
