Repair a 99 Dodge Stratus rear bumper cover?

How difficult do you think it would be to repair/replace a '99 Dodge Stratus rear bumper cover? There is only a little damage to the current bumper, but it seems that I can't get it to snap back into place. Are there special plastic clips that I can buy that will help reattach it?

Any advice and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The bumper is easy to get off, if you could forward a picture I can help you more. The plastic retainers are called X mas tree retainers and any Dodge dealers parts department will have them. Another thing you can do is to take it to a local body shop and have them look at it and try to reattach it ( may cost you 20 dollars )

Yes they have plastic clips at the auto parts store,or you may be able to use screws.
