I'm not menopausal I'm only 19! But for about a week every night I become extremely hot and it lasts all night long until morning. Even as im writing this I'm feeling as if it's summer time but it's winter and freezing outside! I sleep with my window open a cool rag on my face but I just end up tossing and turning all night and I end up sweating and that in turn makes my arms and my legs itch (odd I know) but I can't find peace for this! Can anyone help? I'd go to a doctor but of course.. No insurance.
