Cant help you with the renting sites as I dont use them,
But as for cheap 2nd hand DVRAB there is always Play.com they have people on there selling secondhand dvRAB,
Also there's swapshop.co.uk need a pay pal acc for that one, but have picked up a couple good cheap DVRAB from there in the past
