renewing rogers contract

Hey,
I need some opinions on the phones being offered by Rogers right now(willing to wait), and which one I should get from them when I renew a 3 year contract next month.

I would like a phone with all of the features the Razr has except I don't want the Razr lol...

If you are willing to spend the money, get the SE W600i. It is sweet as hell, and looks pretty good too. If you don't want to spend the money, the Nokia 6620 is really old, but an overall good phone...Both these phones have BT Cameras (W600i has a better one) and they both play Mp3's (again its easier on W600i) The only downside to the SE is that it only has 256 megs of memory, while the 6620 can be expanded up to 1 gig with an MMC.
