Removing window and windows seals in Mazda Bongo 1989?

Hey I went to a Mazda dealership recently to get a quote on replacing all the windows seals in my 1989 Mazda Bongo and they quoted $1100 (New Zealand dollars), this seems extortionate and is probably the going price for the whole van!

So this brings me on to my question, how do I remove the windows (I want to clean them to tint them) and the window seals on the side windows only (the sliding ones). Thanks.
 
I haven seen a Bongo in years. But I believe the seals are two piece, which is to say the seal has a rubber insert which you remove starting at the crack in the seal the. Use window cleaner as a lubricant. Like I said, I haven't seen one since I left Japan in 1994. Take a look.
