Ok, I bought some red semi-permanent dye from the Spirit Halloween store and decided to dye my hair red for Halloween. It says it washes off easily with shampoo and water but it doesn't come off!!! It's on the inside of my hair, red all over.
Please help me or my principal (have school tomorrow) and teachers are going to send me home and get really mad. My parents will for sure.
