To remove the door panders on a Honda. Or any car. First remove the door handlerIf there are any. If there are; they will held on with a screer or a retaining clip.The clip is between the pand and handler.Press the pand down away from the handler. The you hap to push or pull the clip out. You can put the clip back on the handler. It is just a press fit. The arm rest will have several screers or bolt head screers. Remove them. If they are not locate under the are rest. Then they will be located under the arm rest pad. The pad is a taken off by press down and pushing to the rear of the car. Take the screers out. The last step is to go to the botton of the pand. Between the metal door and pand place a flat priding tool like a heavy putty knife. Lift away from the melat at the faster. You will be able to tell were it is located. Don't pull it by hand a lone. Otherwise you will damage the pander. Some of the faster may brake. You can get them at the part houses.
