This beats most alternatives. You can have your original one rebuilt by a starter shop. SInce this is probably a Nippondenso unit, make sure the rebuilder uses ONLY genuine Denso parts. Another alternative is to shop at a foreign car auto parts store. Figure out WHY your starter failed. Perhaps you have a hidden oil leak that is spraying oil all over it, and penetrating it's bindings. SEE??? These starters can last for the lifetime of the car!!!
