reliability of 1990 toyota pickup?

small work truck. no frills, basic, stock 4 cylinder 5 spd with air and 225K miles. Tires and brakes are good. Asking $1600. What would you offer? NADA, KBB and Edmunds are all over the place in pricing. Interior is very nice.
New clutch, pressure plate and throw-out bearing.
