relaying wireless signals to another tv?

Ok, say I'm watching YouTube or Netflix through my PS3. Is it possible to relay that signal to a different TV simultaneously? What would I need, if so? (Just to dumb it down a bit, per se ... watching internet media over multiple TVs)
