Ivy Leagues? Sorry, my question was worded badly. Mostly I am curious as to the relative importance to the individual components of the SATs: the Critical Reading section, Mathematics section, and Writing section. A Harvard representative in my area told me that the Writing section wasn't valued as highly; is this correct? My SAT scores were Critical Reading 760, Mathematics 750, and Writing 670. So you see my real question mainly amounts to this: will my low writing score significantly hurt my chances of getting into the Princeton, Harvard, Brown, or the others?
And how significant are the subject tests compared to the SAT reasoning test in admission to the Ivy Leagues? I've always assumed the SAT reasoning test is the main factor, or are they closer to being equals?
