Regular cooking Vs Microwave Cooking?

Some people say that Microwave cooking is not good. Fengshui experts suggests that we have to stay away from microwave cooking. Please give some answers.
Is it safe to use a microwave oven for cooking or warming food? Some sites, says it's bad for health. Is there any medically proved information regarding this...?

I hate microwaves they always cook unevenly no matter how fancy schmancy they are I would rather use an oven anyday!

Regular cooking is intended to cook food. The microwave is intended to warm up your food.
