i was wondering if i lived in utah and bought my car in utah then a few months later i moved to florida, and if i lived there for over a year can i still register my car with utah plates? would the utah reg ppl send it to me in florida?
i only ask this cuz someone that i knew moved to florida for a while then came back with 2010 tags already on even though he lived in florida for over a year...
