Registering a car at 17?

I recently bought a car from a private seller, and I didn't have the money to register the car at the same time, so I got the 30 day permit. My permit expires on the 9th, and I have to register my car then. My question is, can I do this? The title of the car is in my name, as is the insurance currently on the car. I am only 17, but I am fully dependent on myself. I figure it's a waste to emancipate myself when I only have 6 months left of being 17 anyway. There aren't any adults that can register my car, though. Suggestions?
I forgot to mention that I live in Arizona.
