ok so i bought a jeep today with no title...the thing of it is that the person that owned it passed leaving it to his wife ok? then she died and left the will the a daughter and the will stated it was the grandsons...but the whole thing of it that no one has any idea where the title is...so he wrote me a bill of sale stating i bought it for so and so amount...it hasn't been registered since 01 and i need to get it registered...so the question is can i register it in my name with no title?
