and paid no fee? I was told last week I could upgrade my phone to a different model even though my contract still has 12months left because I have had so many dramas with my phone and its already been replaced twice. When I went into the vodafone store they said to ring vodafone back up and when I did they said there was a cost but I could ring the loyalty team. I just want a new model of phone because of all the problems but they keep going around in circles. How do I speak to an Australian vodafone Representative instead of an indian who doesnt understand me.
