I've completed my freshman year at Vanderbilt University, and I really don't feel like it's the place for me. At this point it's too late to transfer for the next fall semester, but I'm considering transferring perhaps spring (is that possible?) or fall of next year. Could you point me to any sites which have information regarding transferring normally and/or transferring between fall and spring semesters? Also, any suggestions of other colleges to which I might transfer (I'm majoring in Computer Engineering), preferably ones with similar or better engineering programs, which are private, would be appreciated as well.

As far as the transfer information, I'm looking for sort of general information about requirements, perhaps a site which lists specific requirements for a large selection of colleges. Perhaps statistics as well, such as what sort of GPA one might need to transfer to said colleges.
