I have booked a Honda Unicorn bike (Black Color) from Hiku Honda, Domlur, on 27-January-2010. They have promised me that I will receive the bike within 15 days. I have paid the full amount in cash. Today is 16 of Feb, still now I have not received the bike and whenever I call them, the person sitting at the reception and the sales person gives me false promises. Finally they have agreed to give me the bike today, but when I called them today, the person who attended the call talked me in a vague manner and very rudely. Please let me know where to escalate this issue further.
