they disappear with exercise? i used to eat a lot of junkfood back in college -- burgers, fries, chips, etc. i used to exercise a lot back then too. now, i eat mostly fish, lean meats and healthier food, and i still try to maintain my exercise regimen.
but with all that cholesterol rich food i used to eat, are my arteries clogged permanently? or will exercise and a leaner diet eventually declog them?
