I want to set up an ebay store. However, I am not clear about the sales tax rate. Someone told me that I should charge the sales tax everytime for customers (end users) both in my state and out-of-state. So, should I need to charge different sales tax rates for customers at different locations? If I do need to, do you know where I can find the rate summary from?
Regarding Internet sales, should I charge customer sales tax based on the destination of the location?
