regarding clear coat peeling question earlier, is there any quick way of peeling

it off ? Since I already? started peeling it off myself. Is there a quick peel approach I can take to it. Its only the clear coat that is coming off none of the red paint is chipping.. ANY SUGGESTIONS AT ALL ???
