Regarding a lump at the neck and lower back

Hi, I am 27 year old, 5.1 height , about 42 kgs weight. I have a problem which I have lately been scared of. I find a lump on my lower back and a small lump at the back of my neck. I dont know if its always been there or it has come up recently. This is making me too worried, I am even scared to goto the doctor fearing the result. They are not painful, but I can feel them. I want to goto doc, but before that I would like to get an idea of what it is. I also request you to let me know the tests that need to be undergone for a health checkup. Is blood checkup to be done to check sugar levels. What are the tests or scans that are necessary for me to get done for a general health checkup. I have never undergone any health checkups or any surgeries til now. Plz reply, am realy worried
 
could that bump be a bone? maybe a chiropractor can help. When the lower back goes out of alignment, the neck does also. I'm hoping it's something simple like that......try a chiropractor before you start worrying too much.
