...theft? I have found that on two seperate court hearings, the plaintiff refused to disclose several payments to the courts. I am sure there is a way to correct the actual amount that was paid, however the plaintiff filed false audits performed by the CSEA, and false affifavits about arrears owed, and most important succesfully prosecuted me of contempt for failure to pay child support. I have collected documants and evidence proving that at the time of latest court hearing I owed $0.00, though I was found guilty of owing $5,000.00. Along with the failure to disclose the payments to the courts and CSEA, the Plaintiff also has been over charging me for health insurance premiums, which they also refused to disclose to the courts. I believe that the failure to disclose the actual cost of health insurance premium would be considered fruad. Would the fialure to produce actual payments to the courts be theft. I am trying to address this issue pro se, and want to file a show cuase order, is this the proper way to handle this issue? Is there anything else I can do?
