Refurbished Electronics in flee market.?

My brother bought a double din pioneer stereo from a flee market the other day and it didn't work. We went back and they said it couldn't be refunded. Is there anything I can do. Also how are these guys getting all this cheap merchandise that they sale in places like best buy and frys for like half the price. Is it refurbished do they get it from another country. I noticed that some of the brand name speakers are not in the latest crutchfield magazine. It looks very similiar but it isn't the same wattage or amp as the current models. Whats the big deal????

a lot of manufactures do sell refurbished items through online retailers (some stores) but all of that stuff still comes with at least a 90 day warranty and is just as good as new

you are always better off going on the web to trusted sites (authorized dealers) or to a store (and remember some of these shops out here are no better than that pawn shop
