Reflux Remedy

Hi,

I have recently been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia and experience a mild burning sensation at the back of my throat but nothing too serious compared to what some unfortunate people on this site appear to have to endure ! The doctor has prescribed a PPI and Mutilium (I think that's how its spelt !) which is available here in France. The burning still persists but is alleviated temporarily by apple cider vinegar and a spoon of honey now and again.













Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Actually apple cider vinegar should be taken before your meals. I have used Braggs or Body Ami (corabined with honey and juice to help the taste)
