Reflux improving again.

I'm getting back to where I was last summer when I had only slight reflux (if at all). I have done the following:

1) Aloe Vera before going to bed and immediately after waking up.
2) Fast walking on treadmill, 2 miles a day, 5 days a week.
3) Forcing myself not to get stressed.
4) Bought stronger digestive enzymes then what I was using before.
5) Figured out all my triggers of IBS.

I'm very skinny but I do get a gut. I have reduced alot of fat around my gut, I'm thinking this may have really helped. Also the Aloe Vera besides soothing the throat seems to make me regular which I think has also helped.

One thing I can't do (which I did before) was feel better then go back to horrible diet and get big gut again.
 
Good for you! I'm terrible at following the rules and can't tell any difference anyway. The only good thing that has helped me is the juice I'm drinking and all it does is give me my voice back, but that's a big thing for me! I don't sound the same (or ever will) but at least I'm not so hoarse you can't understand me. It got so bad that it actually hurt my vocal corRAB to talk. Not good for my job that's for sure!
