I have like 5 exams tomorrow. I love how stuff like this happens. However, I need help on a paper I need to write, because I have missed both classes last week because I was sick. So I would REALLY appreciate some help!
So basically, I have to chose a position.
- Was the French Revolution a natural outcome of the Enlightenment (i.e, did the revolution corrupt or contradict Enlightenment ideals)?
-Was the French Revolution a "perversion" of the Enlightenment (i.e, did the Revolution corrupt or contradict Enlightenment ideals)?
- Or are both of the above statements correct?

When choosing one, I have to make sure I include which Enlightenment Thinkers most influenced the French Revolution. and if the Revolution truly reflected their beliefs or not.
(at least 2 thinkers)
and what Enlightenment ideas most influenced the French Rev? did the Rev twist these ideas- or did the Rev follow them to their natural conclusions?
(at least 2 ideas)

can someone help me create a basis for my paper? It would b eso much help. I tried reading the chapter, but I still don't fully understand the connections, and how I should write a pape about this.
