I received an RE-3G discharge from the Navy in March 2010, it was for asthma, I had a waiver for my childhood asthma, however in my pdays they advised me that my waiver was no good and I was getting sent home. I have been medically cleared by MEPS and my private physician of asthma I have not had an attack since I was about 11. I have talked to my Navy recruiter and he told me that I cannot reenlist with the Navy, so I have been looking into the army reserves since now I have a very stable job and I have a kid on the way. My question is what are my chances of my waiver being processed and approved?
