Redness around pimple on lip Help

I am not sure but since it is so close to your lip, it is possible that it is a cold sore.
 
I think you need to look at what a cold sore is and what it actually looks like. It doesnt even remotely look like a cold sore. I get pimples near or on my lip line all the time and thats what makes it so erabarrasing because people automatically think, "eww a cold sore" Trust me it is not, because i have gotten cold sores before just below lip and the symptoms are way diff.
