Red Spot

I have a red dot that showed up on the tip of my nose like 5 years ago and won't go away. I don't know what it is from. If you put pressure on it the red goes away. There is no bump. HOW CAN I GET RID OF IT?
 
It sounRAB like a blood vessel. I think there is a type of laser that helps. I suggest seeing a dermatologist.
 
I've had those before. They were just itty bitty little dots. I had one on my wrist and another on the side of my nose. They just ended up fading over time...I'm not entirely sure what they were or where they came from. I think it took about 5-7 years for them to disappear entirely. If you're concerned, ask your dermatologist.
