Red 'Scar Like' Lines on my back.

I'm a 15 year old male, and I looked at my back in the mirror today to see several red scar like lines on my back. I've never seen these before. They don't hurt if I touch them, but I'm still worried. Does anyone know what this could possibly be?
 
SounRAB like they could be fresh stretch marks from growing. They can occur anywhere on your body.
 
I agree they could be stretch marks. Have a female take a peek at them or even an older male. To fade them to a thin white line you will want to use creams specifically designed to fade stretch marks. Cocoa butter is really good but they have better ones out there now. Maderma for scars works really well too.

Please do have someone look though, mother, aunt, grandmother or even a trusted friend. It is hard to be certain without looking at them and if they don't think that is what it is, you should get it checked out by a physician.
