Red 'Scar Like' Lines on my back.

I'm a 15 year old male, and I looked at my back in the mirror today to see several red scar like lines on my back. I've never seen these before. They don't hurt if I touch them, but I'm still worried. Does anyone know what this could possibly be?
 
Maybe stretch marks - guys get them too. :p

This link has pics, see if they're similar. Your family doc should take a look just to be sure. The medical term for stretch mark is "striae". It's fairly common in rapidly growing teenagers. Marks tend to start off red or even purplish, then fade to a slivery white. (or disappear completely if they're thin enough)
