Recently, I have not been able to tolerate red meat. Even if I get it organic, hormone free, etc. I have an upset stomach for a day or two and there is some bloating. I haven't eaten any in the past 5 days and feel so much better and people have commented that I've lost some weight. I wasn't eating red meat every single day, but definitely at least 4/7 days in a week.
Has anyone else experienced this? I LOVE red meat, but it is easy to stay away from it if this is the difference in how I look and feel.
Just wondering if this is normal, or an allergy or intolerance, of if anyone else has had a similar experience. Thanks!
