Red mark on palm of hand...?

I have a red mark in the center of my palm. It is shaped like a guitar pick almost, with the part you strum with pointing toward my wrist. The inside of the mark is skin toned but the edges of it are a red color. It doesn't itch, hurt, or anything. Only have it on my right palm. No idea what it is. Been there for a month or two now.
