What are the consequences basically if you received a photo camera red light vilation letter but can't afford bail? Is it that even if you pay bail you still get the conviction on your record? Thanks.
I was not arrested: I received a letter with photo camera proof and 3 options: contest in court and still pay bail, pay bail or notpay bail and go to collection and get record on insurance.
I guess by bail inletter they mean not jail bail but more like fine.
