My hair is sort of orange/medium brown/auburn its not all one color is some places. I wanted to dye my hair a dark red and bought the color and developer. A lady at Sally's gave me a red/gold corrector little packet and said to put it into the dye when I color my hair and that should get rid of my orange and wont let it fade back to an orange. If I put that in red dye won't it get rid of the red and my hair would be a totally different color?
Red/gold corrector plus in red dye?
