Does anyone have this. I've had an ulcer that healed and also hearburn but never red dots in my throat and upper mouth. No pain with it. It's kind of scary.

Hi I also have red dots at the back of my throat, they have been there for years now, I did go to doc about them some 20yrs ago and he told me they were normal!
Best get them checked out tho.

I went to the doctor today who said that the red blotches are a yeast infection in my throat and mouth. I've never had this before. Anyways, I was given medicated lozenges that I suck on for several days to clear up the infection.
The blotches on me are obviously new but if you've had red dots in your mouth and throat for 20 years I wouldn't worry about it.

Me too. If it doesn't go away after a week on this medication then I'll ask to see a specialist. I don't know if it's connected to acid reflux or not, apparently this doctor didn't think so.
