hi i was having a normal morning until i saw some red dots in my hands and palms . i thought that they would go away after a couple hours but i still have them and i dont know what they are. the dots are redish they kinda look pink because its not really dark red and i have some in my arms and more in my stomach and chest. what are they and are they serious?
