Red Dead Redemption Pre-Release Europe safe?

I was wondering if it would be safe to play Red Dead Redemption on my xbox 360 tomorrow, because it releases in America tomorrow. I live in Europe though, but I already have the game. Will Microsoft notice that I live in Europe and am playing the game before the European release date?
